Enterprise Gateways
A compact wired gateway for small hotels, branches and multi-tenant buildings. Five Gigabit ports with multi-WAN load balancing, 128 concurrent users, and CAPWAP-based management for up to 128 thin APs — in a desktop chassis that takes a DC feed.
Supply under your own brand, from 1 unit. Printed label samples the same day. See OEM & private label options →
Overview
A branch office or a small hotel usually needs two boxes: a router to handle the WAN side, and a controller to manage the access points. The EAC100 is both. It routes up to four WAN links, authenticates users, and manages up to 128 thin APs over CAPWAP — so a site with a dozen ceilings, a reception desk and a couple of guest networks can run off one desktop unit.
Run it as the main gateway, or drop it in as a bypass AC behind an existing router — both paths are supported on the same unit, so you can add wireless management to a network you are not ready to replace.
One dedicated Gigabit WAN plus three LAN ports that can be reconfigured as additional WAN links. Load balancing, line backup and bandwidth aggregation are configured in the web UI; no separate load-balancer appliance required.
The only model in this range with a DC input and a −20 °C lower limit — the one to pick for sites without reliable mains wiring, or an equipment cupboard that is not air-conditioned.
An OEM platform: your brand on the chassis and in the web UI, your packaging, your default admin credentials. Start from a single unit to pilot, then scale when it works.
Specifications
Three groups, same order on every gateway page: capacity and routing first, interfaces and power second, mechanical and environmental third.
Need a parameter that is not listed here — throughput figures, NAT session count, VPN throughput, packaging data? Email us for the datasheet, or ask us for the document set for this model.
Detailed specifications
The complete parameter set for this model. Data below is maintained by our engineering team — if a figure is critical to your design, ask us to confirm it in writing before you commit.
Certification note. This gateway is built on the T300 platform, and it is quoted against the same document set: the CE RED test report STS2406071RE and the FCC equipment grant 2AM8I-LINBLE (issued 2017). A report covers exactly the designations printed on it, so tell us the model and the countries you are selling into and we will confirm in writing which documents apply before you quote it into a tender or a customs file. For OEM and white-label programmes, type approval in the destination market is the responsibility of the brand owner and certification cost is not included in the quoted price.
Where it fits
The gateways in this range are indoor, mains-powered network appliances for wiring closets and server rooms. They are not DIN-rail hardware and they are not rated for outdoor enclosures — that job belongs to our industrial routers. With the EAC100 specifically, two things are worth checking against your site before you order.
If you are unsure which model fits a site, send us the user count, the AP count and the power you have available — we would rather point you at the right product than sell you one that fails on site.
Family & ordering
All three models run the same CAPWAP software and the same multi-WAN feature set. What changes is how many users and APs they carry, and whether the unit is a desktop box or a 1U rack appliance fed from mains.

Two notes before you specify. The EAC500 and EAC1000 are indoor appliances rated
0 to +50 °C with AC mains input — they belong in a rack in a server room, not in an
outdoor cabinet. And the ordering code for the EAC1000 on our price list is
EC1000; it is the same product. Quote the model, the user count and the AP count
and we will confirm sizing, availability and pricing.
Applications
Typical uses reported by distributors and system integrators working with this model.
One unit routing the WAN and managing the ceiling APs, with captive-portal user authentication for guests.
Multi-WAN failover between two providers, plus centralised AP management for a floor of offices.
Per-tenant bandwidth limits and policy routing over a shared uplink, managed from one interface.
Guest Wi-Fi with user or SMS authentication, plus behaviour management and content filtering.
Deployed as a bypass AC behind a router you are not replacing, to centralise AP configuration and roaming.
DC 12 V input and a −20 °C rating for equipment cupboards and sites running off a DC supply or UPS rail.
