1. About this website
This site is operated by Shenzhen Libtor Technology Co., Ltd., Room 5098, Derong Building, No.7108
Longgang Avenue, Longgang District, Shenzhen, China. Product text, images, datasheets and downloadable
files are provided for information. You may use them to evaluate our products; you may not republish
them, or use our trademarks, without written permission.
2. Product information and specifications
- Specifications on this site are indicative. The binding specification is the datasheet
revision supplied with your quotation, together with the order confirmation.
- Configurations are identified by an ordering code (region, cellular bands, Wi-Fi, serial
ports, power input). Please quote the ordering code when ordering.
- We improve products continuously and may change components or firmware. Where a change affects a
specification you have been quoted, we inform you before shipment.
3. Certification and compliance
- We state exactly what each product line holds — CE (RED / EMC), RoHS and FCC as applicable — and
we say plainly where a line holds nothing.
- A test report or certificate covers only the model designations printed on that document.
It does not extend to a whole series or to other product lines.
- Approval for your market is your responsibility. Requirements differ by country (for example
RCM in Australia and New Zealand, Anatel in Brazil, MIC/TELEC in Japan, UKCA in Great Britain).
We will tell you what documentation we hold and, where needed, support additional testing.
See Certifications & Test Reports for the current list.
4. Quotations and prices
- Prices are not published on this site. Request the current export price list through the
price list page.
- Quotations are in US dollars, valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated
otherwise, and are subject to the quantity tier quoted.
- Unless agreed in writing, prices exclude import duties, taxes, customs clearance and insurance.
- Standard delivery terms are FCA Shenzhen or DAP (named place), as stated on the
quotation.
5. Samples
- Samples are charged. The amount paid is credited against your first bulk order
placed within 12 months.
- Sample shipping is at your cost, courier account or prepaid, as agreed.
- Sample lead time depends on configuration: stock configurations ship in about 10 days;
build-to-order configurations take longer.
6. Orders, lead time and delivery
- Indicative lead times: stock configurations up to about 500 units — around 10 days;
build-to-order runs — 25 to 35 days from order confirmation and deposit.
- Lead times are estimates, not guarantees. They start from order confirmation and receipt of payment,
and they exclude customs clearance in your country.
- We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier
disruption, customs holds, and government action. We will tell you promptly and propose a new date.
7. Warranty
Industrial Ethernet switches: 5 years. Other product lines: 12 months. The warranty period starts
on the first day of the month following delivery. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under
normal use; it does not cover misuse, incorrect power input, water ingress beyond the stated IP rating,
lightning or surge damage above the stated protection level, unauthorised modification, or normal wear.
Full procedure: Warranty & RMA.
8. Intellectual property
LINBLENET is a registered trademark of Shenzhen Libtor Technology Co., Ltd. Firmware, documentation and
hardware designs remain ours or ours to license. For private-label and OEM projects, the labelling,
packaging and documentation treatment is agreed in writing before production.
9. Export control and sanctions
You are responsible for complying with the import, labelling, radio and safety rules of your country,
and with applicable export-control and sanctions laws. We do not ship to embargoed destinations or to
parties subject to sanctions listing.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a quotation, sample or order is limited
to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit,
or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties will try to settle
any dispute by discussion; failing that, it is submitted to the courts of Shenzhen, or to arbitration in
Shenzhen where the contract so provides.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version published here applies from the date shown at the top. Terms
agreed in a signed contract or order confirmation take precedence over this page.
