System Integrator Program

Price us into the project, and hand over hardware already configured for the site

You are measured on the project, not on the box. So we quote per project rather than per list price, we move your order ahead of standard stock when the site date is fixed, and we give you one engineer who knows your account instead of a ticket queue. What arrives on site should be something you can deploy, not something you have to finish.

Project pricing, priority and delivery dates are agreed per project and confirmed in writing with the quotation. The figures above describe how the program is built.

What you get

Four things that decide whether a project lands

Price, date, fit and backup. Get any one of them wrong on a tender and you lose the project — so all four are part of the program rather than favours you have to ask for.

01 · PRICE

Project pricing

Integrated projects are quoted as a whole — hardware, accessories and configuration in one document — at a price below our standard trade level. You should not have to assemble a project cost from three separate quotations.

  • Priced per project and per volume, not per list.
  • Rollout quantities held at the pilot price where the schedule is agreed.
02 · DATE

Priority despatch

When a site date is fixed, your order moves ahead of standard stock allocation. It is a question of which line assembles your order and when — quantity and date decide, and we tell you which it will be before you commit.

  • Priority applies to both stock allocation and production scheduling.
  • We confirm the date we can actually hold, in writing, with the quotation.
03 · FIT

Custom configuration

Band plan for your market, the interfaces the site needs, the enclosure that survives it, the firmware defaults your installation team expects. Configured and tested before it ships, under your brand if you want it.

  • 4G / 5G band plans per region; serial RS232, RS485 or TTL.
  • DIN-rail, M12 or IP65 variants; PoE options across the switch range.
  • Firmware defaults: boot logo, IP plan, SSID, factory settings, serial and MAC rules.
04 · BACKUP

One named engineer

A single engineer owns your account from selection to handover. Same person at the tender stage, at the configuration review and when something does not behave on site.

  • Product and technical training for your installation and support teams.
  • Escalation straight into the team that writes the firmware.

Engineering support

What the engineer actually does for you

A

Selection at tender stage

Send us the requirement and we return a selection table — recommended model, one or two alternatives, and the reason each one fits. Written so it can go straight into your technical submission.

B

Bench validation against your acceptance criteria

Sample units configured to the project specification, tested against the criteria you will be measured on, with the results handed over rather than summarised.

C

Documentation you can pass to your customer

English datasheets and the compliance documents that apply to the specific model you are specifying — so nothing arrives on site with a claim nobody can support.

D

Training, not just a manual

Online sessions for your installation and first-line support teams, covering selection, configuration and the field faults that actually occur — plus the documentation behind it.

Certification and your brand

Products carrying your brand go out under your name, and the type approval is held by the brand owner. Type approval is the responsibility of the brand owner. Certification cost is not included in the quoted price.

What we do is make your approval faster: under NDA we share the technical files and test data for the model concerned, prepare sample units to your test house's requirements, and support you during testing. Ask us which documents apply to your model before you specify it.

How we work a project

From project spec to rollout

01

Project spec

Target market, installation environment, interfaces and protocols, quantity and schedule.

02

Selection & sample

Selection table and project quotation, then sample units from one unit upwards.

03

Configuration & validation

Custom items validated on the sample before anything is scheduled.

04

Pilot approval

Pilot batch released against your acceptance criteria, with the results documented.

05

Rollout

Volume scheduled to the agreed price, with priority allocation across the rollout window.

We would rather slow a project down at the selection stage than at the site. Every step above exists because skipping it has cost somebody a commissioning date.

What we need from you

Four things and we can quote

1

The target market

Country and operator, so the band plan and the documents match what the regulator expects — and so we know whose name the approval will be in.

2

The project specification

Interfaces, protocols, environmental conditions, mounting and power. Even a rough version lets us start; a tender document lets us finish.

3

Volume and schedule

Pilot quantity, rollout quantity and the dates they have to be on site. This is what decides the price level and the despatch priority.

4

Your acceptance criteria

How the hardware will be judged when it arrives. Tell us up front and we validate against it, instead of discovering it during commissioning.

Confidentiality

We sign an NDA before any specifications are exchanged, and a project under NDA is never referenced on this website. Material sent to a partner line is unmarked, and configuration, branding and final inspection are always carried out by our own team.

Questions integrators ask

Straight answers

What does "priority despatch" actually mean?

It is about allocation and scheduling, not about units sitting on a shelf. When a site date is fixed we put your order ahead of standard stock allocation, and confirm in writing the date we can hold.

The underlying numbers: orders up to 500 units are typically despatched in around 10 days, from component and sub-assembly stock covering one to two months of demand per model. Where a new production run is required, the lead time is 25–35 days. We hold stock of components and sub-assemblies rather than finished units — which is exactly why we can move an urgent order without resetting the rest of the schedule.

Can you work to a public tender specification?

Yes. We supply a selection table with recommended and alternative models, the English datasheet and the compliance documents that apply to the specific model, and we can prepare sample units to the requirements of your test house.

One thing to plan for: type approval is held by the brand owner. If the equipment is going on site under your brand, the certificate is yours and the certification cost sits outside the quoted price — we support the process with test files and samples rather than hand you a certificate in our name.

How much does configuration cost, and how long does it take?

It depends on the level. Labelling and packaging can be turned around within days; firmware defaults — boot logo, IP plan, SSID, factory settings — typically take three to seven days and carry no extra charge from 100 units. Hardware changes are quoted individually after a technical review.

Timings count from the moment we receive your confirmed configuration. Anything with a schedule is confirmed in writing with the quotation rather than estimated in an email.

Will you work under NDA?

Yes, and we prefer to. We sign a mutual NDA before any specifications are exchanged — a standard template is available, or we can work with yours.

Projects under NDA are never referenced on this website or in any public material, and material sent to a partner line carries no labels, no order documents and no customer branding.

Can the hardware carry our brand?

Yes — device marking, packaging, boot logo, interface titles and firmware defaults can all carry your brand. Volume orders start at 100 units, and a printed label with your details is despatched the same working day so you can evaluate the product and the branding before committing.

Type approval stays with the brand owner, which is what we would expect: your name is on the product and your certificate protects it.

Send a project

Send the spec and we will come back with a selection and a price

Even a rough project description is enough to start. We reply within one working day with the models that fit, the questions we still need answered, and — once the scope is clear — a project quotation and the date we can hold.

Prototype only — the live form will post to Brian@libtor.com.
