OEM / ODM & Private Label
Custom module, interface, enclosure and firmware — engineered to your project and protected by NDA. Configuration, branding and final inspection stay in our own hands, on every order, whoever does the assembly.
Company
We design the hardware and develop the firmware ourselves. Every board is produced at a long-term partner and delivered into our own warehouse in Shenzhen, together with the 4G/5G modules, enclosures, antennas, power supplies and packing. We keep enough to cover one to two months of demand for each model — and that stock is why an order up to 500 units is typically despatched in around 10 days.
Eleven sit on the technical or customer-facing side. That is the ratio a partner needs: engineers who can change your firmware, and people who answer you the same day. The three people in Customisation & fulfilment hold our two hard assets — the component stock and our own assembly line.
Customisation
Three levels of customisation — from a label printed today to a product of your own design. Timings are counted from the moment we receive your confirmed artwork or configuration. We tell you what we can do and what we cannot; a clear boundary is worth more than a "we support any customisation".

Printed labels — including changes to the label text — are despatched the same working day, at no charge, from a single unit. Colour labels 3–5 working days. Logo marking on the housing (silk-screen or laser) 5–7 working days: the prototype charge starts at USD 80, and volume orders from 100 units carry no separate charge because it is already included in the unit price. A custom retail box set 7–10 working days: the prototype charge starts at USD 160 and includes 10 sample sets; volume orders carry no separate packaging charge because it is already included in the unit price. Our existing box, insert, manual, certificate of conformity and warranty card layouts can be reused at no design cost, while a completely new design is quoted separately. Software customisation takes 3–7 working days and is included at no extra charge from 100 units; below 100 units the customisation fee is USD 470 per project. Hardware customisation is quoted individually after a technical review. Order quantities: 100 units minimum, whether or not software customisation is included. All prices are in USD and exclude freight and duties.
Manufacturing
Every board we sell is produced at a long-term partner factory and delivered into our own warehouse in Shenzhen, together with the 4G/5G modules, enclosures, antennas, power supplies and packing materials. We keep enough stock to cover one to two months of demand for each model.
Your order is then assembled and tested. Which line does that work depends on your quantity and your date — not on a fixed rule. What does not depend on anything is what happens next: the configuration for your market, the branding and the final inspection are always carried out by our own team, whichever line did the assembly.
From stock — typically up to 500 units: around 10 days.
Beyond stock cover: 25–35 days.
Your date decides which line assembles your order; the stock we hold decides how fast it arrives. Tell us your quantity and your target date, and we will tell you which line we would use — and what it means for the price and the lead time.
Visits can be arranged in advance, with the partner's agreement. What we show is our product in production — not other customers' work, and not anything that carries a brand.
Quality control
Boards arrive from our partners into our own warehouse and are inspected on arrival. Assembly follows one standard. But the last three steps never leave our hands: configuration, branding and final inspection are always carried out by our own team in Shenzhen — whoever did the assembly. Every unit is checked against your order specification before it is released.
| Stage | What happens |
|---|---|
| Incoming | IQC on components and PCBAs received from our partners |
| In-process | IPQC at assembly stations, on our own line and on a partner line, to our own checkpoints |
| Burn-in | Ageing on every unit / batch sampling (duration to be confirmed) |
| Functional test | RF, Ethernet, serial, cellular, PoE load test |
| Post-config check | Verification of language pack, cellular band, software options and accessory kit against your order specification |
| Final | OQC with full-function check and 100% visual inspection |
| Traceability | Serial number and MAC range recorded per unit |
| Warranty | 12 months standard (to be confirmed) |
| RMA | Replacement or repair; failure analysis report on request |
The most expensive mistake on a custom order is not a faulty unit — it is a configuration error: the wrong language pack, the wrong band profile, a missing accessory. Those usually surface when the customer powers the unit up, and returning a shipment costs more than the hardware. Every unit is therefore verified against your order specification before packing.
Certifications & compliance
Our products are certified to international standards, ensuring smooth market access and reliable operation in demanding industrial environments. We state the exact scope of each certificate — a certification only protects your market entry if it covers the model you are buying.
Where a model is not yet certified for your market, we support your own certification process. Please note that once a product carries your brand, our certificates cannot simply be reused:
Type approval is the responsibility of the brand owner and is not included in the quoted price. We will tell you exactly which files we can share before you commit to a project.
FCC covers 4G routers only. Our FCC ID dates from 2017 and covers the 4G models
of that time. 5G models are not covered — if you are entering the U.S. market with 5G, we will
support your own application rather than imply we already hold one.
Wireless AP and wireless bridges are supplied for OEM / ODM projects. These are
radio transmitting products and are regulated separately in every market. They are available as
components for your own integration and certification, and we provide test documentation and
engineering support for your type approval.
How we work
We sign a mutual NDA before any specifications are exchanged. A standard template is available, or we can work with yours.
Your requirements are reviewed by our engineers. Feasibility, MOQ and lead time are confirmed in writing.
An itemised quotation including customisation costs, Incoterm and validity. Prices are quoted in USD; product pricing is not published.
Branded sample from 1 unit. Printed label samples are despatched the same working day. Artwork is approved in writing before production.
From 100 units. Assembly runs on our own line in Shenzhen, or on a partner line when the order is large or the date is tight — the material is already in our warehouse either way. Configuration, branding and final inspection are always carried out by our own team, and material sent to a partner line is unmarked.
Test files shared for your own type approval, where you need to hold the certificate yourself.
Up to 500 units despatched in around 10 days from stock; 25–35 days where new production is required. Standard export packing, barcode and carton marking to your rules.
Questions partners ask
These are the questions that decide whether a project starts. We would rather answer them on the page than during a negotiation.
We are an engineering company, and we hold the stock. We design the hardware and develop the firmware ourselves.
Every board is produced at a long-term partner factory and delivered into our own warehouse in Shenzhen, together with the 4G/5G modules, enclosures, antennas, power supplies and packing. We keep enough to cover one to two months of demand for each model — and that stock is why an order up to 500 units is typically despatched in around 10 days, instead of the 25–35 days a new production run takes.
Your order is then assembled and tested — usually on our own line here in Shenzhen. When an order is large, or your deadline is tight, we put partner capacity behind it.
Tell us your quantity and your target date, and we will tell you which line we would use — and what it means for the price and the lead time.
No — because there is nothing to leak. The material we send to a partner line is unmarked: boards, modules and enclosures only. No labels, no retail packing, no order documents, no customer branding.
Configuration, branding and final inspection are carried out here in Shenzhen by our own team, on every order, whoever did the assembly. Our partners assemble to our orders and nothing else — they never see your company name, your artwork or your finished product. The units leave us unmarked and come back to us unmarked.
Same bill of materials, same firmware, same checklist. And the last three steps — configuration, branding and final inspection — are always done here in Shenzhen, whoever assembled the units.
Boards arrive into our own warehouse and are inspected on arrival. Every unit is checked against your order specification before it is released.
Orders up to 500 units are typically despatched in around 10 days from component stock covering one to two months of demand per model. Where a new production run is required, the lead time is 25–35 days.
To be precise about one thing: we hold component and sub-assembly stock, not finished units on a shelf. That is what makes the 10 days possible, and it is why we can add capacity to an urgent order without your schedule resetting.
Volume orders start at 100 units — with or without software customisation. Printed-label samples ship from a single unit, so you can evaluate the product and the branding before committing.
A printed label with your brand, including changes to the label text, is despatched the same working day at no charge. There is no 1,000-unit leap of faith.
Not directly — type approval is held by the brand owner, and a certificate issued to us stays with us. What we can do is make your own approval faster and cheaper.
Under NDA we share the test files and technical documents, prepare sample units to your test house's requirements, and support you during testing. For CE you issue the declaration of conformity under your own name, citing our test reports as technical files. For FCC you register as the grantee, reusing our test data where the test house accepts it — considerably cheaper than testing from scratch.
We will set out exactly which files we can share before you commit to a project.
Yes, by arrangement. You are welcome to see our warehouse, our assembly line and our test stations in Shenzhen. A partner line visit can also be arranged in advance, with the partner's agreement — what we show is our product in production, not other customers' work and not anything carrying a brand.
